Former teacher turned service-business owner, educator, and systems strategist.

I spent 30+ years running a complex, fast-paced business  –  long before Google, YouTube, or templates were a thing. That lived experience taught me what works, what doesn’t, and how to keep things running even when everything feels chaotic.

Along the way, I backed my experience with formal education  –  earning a Graduate Certificate in Management and an MBA to strengthen what I’d already lived through in real time.
